Beginning July 25th thru August 15th, 2015, The Whitewood Campground and Event Center (WCEC) will be open for business as the official premier campground facility for this year’s Sturgis® Motorcycle Rally™, providing accommodations before, during and after The Rally. WCEC is thrilled to be partnering with the City of Sturgis for this special event, as the "Official Campground" of the 75th Anniversary of the Sturgis® Motorcycle Rally™.

This partnership brings together the community of Whitewood and surrounding communities with the many tourists and Rally-goers from all over the world to celebrate this special event.

Whitewood Campground LayoutOn 37 sprawling acres of beautiful land nestled by the mountains in Whitewood, SD, The Whitewood Campground and Event Center is just minutes west from the excitement of the Sturgis® Motorcycle Rally™ and a short bikers ride to historic Deadwood, yet far enough away for a relaxing atmosphere for any age level. The Whitewood Campground and Event Center offers tent camping for those who like to "sleep among the stars", as well as recreational vehicle parking for those who like the comforts of home. In addition, shuttle service to Sturgis, Deadwood, Spearfish and other entertaining areas will be an option for Rally-goers. Let us do the driving.

Some of the other amenities offered to our campers is FREE access to all the event center's entertainment and activities throughout the Rally. At the Whitewood Campground and Event Center you will also have the option to enjoy on site breakfast and dinner daily for a nominal fee as well as vendors for those "special gifts and memories" to take home with you in celebration of the Rally. The Whitewood Campground and Event Center will feature various entertainment activities on site. Thus, allowing full enjoyment of the Rally atmosphere without battling traffic, crowds and potential DUI's. We will feature music groups for the mature Rally-goers who like music, but not at the cost of blowing out an ear drum. Other entertainment planned includes a Bike show, Stunt Show, Auction, and Exhibits. Live Entertainment will conclude at 11pm daily. All this and more included in the price of your camp site fee. This will be the "in place" to stay during the 75th Anniversary of the Sturgis® Motorcycle Rally™, so come West where the traffic will flow, long lines are non-existent and the atmosphere is relaxed.
